Cancellation Policy:

At Ramaiahs, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness:

Order Cancellation by Customer

  1. Before Shipping:

    • You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been processed for shipping.
    • To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp at 9901761052.
    • Refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed within 3 business days.
  2. After Shipping:

    • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Order Cancellation by Ramaiahs

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product Unavailability: If the product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment Issues: If there is a failure in payment or verification.
  • Fraudulent Activity: If the order is flagged for suspected fraud or misuse.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any pre-paid amount will be refunded within 3 business days.



Return & Exchange Policy

We take great care in checking every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery.

  • Minor weaving irregularities and slight colour variations are not eligible for Return/Exchange
  • Returns/exchanges are applicable only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect                Replacement (or refund if out of stock)

Mandatory Condition

You must provide a 360 degree continuous uncut unpacking video clearly showing all four corners, front and back side of the package before opening and a continues uncut video of saree opening till damage is found.

Requests without a proper unpacking video will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

WhatsApp us at +91 9901761052  with your order details, reason for return, and unpacking video.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a pickup of the damaged/incorrect product.

  • The product must be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and folds intact.

  • In areas where pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product to us. Verified shipping charges will be reimbursed.


Refund Timeline

If your return is approved for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.


Color Disclaimer

Slight color variations (up to 10%) due to lighting, camera settings, or screen resolution are not considered defects.


Important Notes

Ramaiahs will not be responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper washing or ironing

  • Overuse or rough handling

  • Exposure to rain, stains, or accidental damage

Please follow our Wash & Care Instructions carefully to maintain the longevity of your sarees.


International Orders

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
