At Ramaiahs, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness:
Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Shipping:
- You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been processed for shipping.

- Refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed within 3 business days.

- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Order Cancellation by Ramaiahs
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product Unavailability: If the product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Payment Issues: If there is a failure in payment or verification.
- Fraudulent Activity: If the order is flagged for suspected fraud or misuse.
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any pre-paid amount will be refunded within 3 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take great care in checking every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns are accepted only within 3 days of delivery.
- Minor weaving irregularities and slight colour variations are not eligible for Return/Exchange

Returns/exchanges are applicable only in the following cases:

Mandatory Condition
You must provide a 360 degree continuous uncut unpacking video clearly showing all four corners, front and back side of the package before opening and a continues uncut video of saree opening till damage is found.
Requests without a proper unpacking video will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
WhatsApp us at +91 9901761052 with your order details, reason for return, and unpacking video.
Once approved:

We will arrange a pickup of the damaged/incorrect product.

The product must be in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and folds intact.

In areas where pickup is not available, you may be asked to ship the product to us. Verified shipping charges will be reimbursed.
Refund Timeline
If your return is approved for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Color Disclaimer
Slight color variations (up to 10%) due to lighting, camera settings, or screen resolution are not considered defects.
Important Notes
Ramaiahs will not be responsible for damage caused by:

Exposure to rain, stains, or accidental damage
